How do I determine my correct hat size?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head using a flexible tape measure, positioned about mid-forehead and just above the ears. Compare your measurement to our official size chart found on each product page.
What is your return policy for headwear and apparel?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-shaped hats are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my felt or straw hat?
For felt hats, use a soft-bristled brush in a counter-clockwise motion to remove dust. For straw hats, wipe gently with a damp cloth. Always store your hats upside down on their crown to maintain the brim's shape.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but domestic ground shipping generally arrives within 3 to 7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
Can I track my package once it has been sent?
